All goods on this site are priced in UK Pounds. All prices are subject to change.

The goods for sale are portrayed as accurately as possible with images, descriptions and measurements. However, each piece is individually hand carved and therefore unique so the grain or colour of the wood may vary from the illustrations. The items photographed are not all to the same scale, but approximate maximum dimensions are given for each piece.

Prices do not include delivery. Please add the appropriate fee for your location.

On international orders, import duties and taxes (where applicable) are to be paid by the purchaser.

Dispatch times for items in stock are usually between 1 – 5 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering or if I am on holiday. Email to check if you want to make sure. Out of stock pieces make take up to 8 weeks before dispatch. The delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail 1st class or international services. If delivery is delayed by ‘acts of god’, strikes or other circumstances beyond Woodland Treasures’ control, the purchaser should expect a reasonable extension to these times.

Goods that arrived damaged must be reported to Woodland Treasures within 7 days.

Should any item fail to give satisfaction, return it unused in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for UK orders or 28 days for overseas. I will replace or refund any goods returned less the cost of post and packing provided they are in the same condition as when they were dispatched by us. Package the item securely and adequately. Be careful when packaging the jewellery as you will be held responsible for any damage incurred in transit. Return by registered post or courier ensuring item is adequately insured for its full value. Please note that you will be responsible for all delivery & insurance charges.

Cancellation policy for bespoke commissioned jewellery: A non returnable deposit of 20% (minimum £50) of the estimated final cost is required to confirm the order and cancellation charge of up to 50% may be payable depending on the stage of manufacture at the time of cancellation. This will be considered on a case by case basis at my own discretion. Commissioned items with a value less than £100 require full payment in advance before work can commence.
